Ranga Sourirajan is a registered U.S. patent attorney, focusing his practice on intellectual property litigation, patent and trademark prosecution, and technology-focused contracts and licensing matters. He represents startups, small businesses, and technology companies in complex patent disputes, enforcement and defense strategies, and intellectual property transactions. His experience spans mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, data systems, and biomedical devices.

Mr. Sourirajan has served as lead or key counsel in numerous patent litigations before U.S. district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). His representative matters include serving as lead counsel for defendants in patent disputes involving data compression technologies (Realtime Data LLC v. Vembu Tech., Inc.) and contact information management systems (Mozly Tech. LLC v. Zoho Corp.), as well as representing respondents in ITC investigations concerning multi-level cell (MLC) flash memory devices and endoscopic medical probes. He has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in patent litigations involving check storage systems, photo-sharing technologies, ASIC design, and semiconductor-related inventions before courts in the Eastern District of Texas and the Northern District of California.

In addition to patent litigation, Mr. Sourirajan has substantial experience handling contract disputes, arbitration, and commercial litigation, including matters involving healthcare organizations, government contractors, and international technology firms. His work includes representing clients in state court actions and arbitration proceedings related to technology development, licensing, and service agreements.
