Mr. Choi brings over 30 years of global experience in banking, finance, risk management, and investor relations across New York, Denver, and Asia. He began his career trading foreign exchange at Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan Chase) in New York, and later expanded into currency and fixed-income derivatives trading with leading institutions including Bank of America, Citibank, HSBC, and BlueCrest Capital Management.

He held senior risk management and trading roles managing FICC portfolios at KEB Hana Bank in Seoul, Korea, and later oversaw crude oil and crack spread trading in the Risk Management and Strategy Department at GS Caltex, Seoul. His extensive market experience spans commodities, derivatives, and energy markets, providing deep insight into financial risk, strategic investment, and capital allocation.

Mr. Choi also served as Investor Relations Executive at Highlands Natural Resources, a London Stock Exchange-listed oil and gas development company based in Denver, Colorado, supporting shale oil exploration and production projects and a vanadium development project in the Colorado Plateau’s Paradox Basin. He has facilitated financing and capital raising initiatives for companies in energy, artificial intelligence, and real estate sectors.
